Oops, I guess the Norwich Township Trustees forgot to call the Hilliard School Board to find out if Darbyshire Dr and Cameron Rd where School Bus Routes before they took down the NO PARKING SIGNS.
If I was the Hilliard School Board I would have their Bus Drivers keep track of how much time they lose sitting in Traffic then bill Norwich Township for that time. I am sure those lost minutes add up to a significant amount over the school year.
