The house located at 3255 Darbyshire Dr was the 1st house to sell located next to the school walkway since the "No Parking Signs" were removed on January 7, 2020.
Per the chart below, the house was appraised at $303,000 and listed on 08/02/2020. Because of the traffic and parking issues in front of the house after the "No Parking Signs" were removed the price dropped all the way down to $284,900 losing $18,100 in value.
No one is going to pay the appraised value for a house where 9 months out of the year, 2 times a day, parents are parked in your front yard (see Darbyshire Dr Blocked and Cameron Rd Blocked).
If you have to leave your house between the hours of 8 am and 9 am or 3 pm and 4 pm you probably will not get out of your driveway because someone will be parked in front of it blocking, you from leaving (see Driveways Blocked).
