Keep in mind that since the Pandemic all of these Homeowners are working from HOME or working under a Hybrid Format for their jobs.

Which means at any time these Homeowners might have to leave either to go into the office or something else.

In any case, none of the above should matter since it is AGAINST THE LAW to block someone's driveway.

I bet if any of these Homes belonged to the Norwich Township Trustees or the Hilliard Police Chief this Driveway Blocking Problem would have been taken care of A LONG TIME AGO or it would have never started to begin with.

  • Mini-Van - Parks on Darbyshire, within the Intersection, walks over to the school, obstructs Traffic - Total Parking Time was 14 minutes.

  • White SUV - Parks blocking the driveway - Total Parking Time was 3 minutes - until I had to leave.

  • Darbyshire is now blocked and 2 of the 4 vehicles have no drivers in them.
